The key to criticizing teammates is to insist they are fragile should they give you any pushback or grief. This way, they are committed to proving you wrong and brushing it off. Mind games. Should they give in and report you or grief the game, they are only confirming the accusation, and they have to live with that self-realization. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not being toxic in the sense of verbally attacking somebody. However, I will not hesitate to explain to somebody why they are ruining our chances for success.
