A bit late, I've been away, but hope you had a great Birthday Izzy. BTW, the last time I had a stomach/digestive (and other things 🥺- I'll spare you all the details) issue was from eating too much stereotypical American food (a few years ago in Orlando). Bread was the main cause.

Izzy,that a great meditation practice,watching clouds go past and putting your thoughts on them also l like meditating,next to a beautiful river and watching a leave fall onto the water then putting my troubles or past memories and watching them flow away.The river in my mind😊

Just because they live in big big mansions and big big royal house in the olden

See I do what I do it's not necessary to watch all those stupid things excuse me to say

That's not me a symptom of you don't follow what's going on

So so what if they acquire this all the things what will they do with those credentials after after getting all those facts what will they do with it
Sometimes you have to stop that insanity it doesn't work with something some of it

So that we resolve we have to solve our differences
No conflict no fighting no misunderstanding

So the question is what then what the next I mean what next

Let let everything

What are the question is he when I see them or if I see them what am I supposed to do I supposed to bow down to them
