the best thing about bangkok is no council tax 😁on top of your rent AND the electricity and gas price in UK is through the roof!!!! so before you even pay rent you are a good 200 GBP out of pocket... i always take that in to consideration with my search I dont think i found the correct area yet but I have 6 weeks to find .. wish me luck all on here 🤪

Oh good they are ultra strict, now that is my kind of condo.. it sets a bar of what is acceptable, turn off the AC yes agreed, dont eat in certain areas yes agreed... dont slam doors, absolutely agreed .. where do i sign!!!

Rules is what keeps the quality of life in condos or apartments or hotel rooms civilized and livable.

If one would like to find out the availability for a certain condo such as this one for a month's rental, how would you go on about it? Air b'n'b does not easily allow you to search for specific condo buildings, I don't think.

After watching at least a few hundred of videos like this ive come to realize that paying more than 400 usd for any apartment a month is basically a waste of money.
Sure you might have different decor, and the wood panels on the kitchen looks a bit fancy, but in the end its usually the same sqm and the same layout.
At 400+ you're basically gold plating your toilet, its gonna flush your shit the same way...

Get a good view of it from the light red line. Location is great ngl. But crap water pressure; that could be a deal breaker.

Paying 550 a month is very high and getting fined? No matter how much the fine….this place sounds horrible! Bad water pressure! The gym looks tiny! Why would you want to live here? Sounds like these 2 are getting a commission!!!!

Anyone considering renting here heads up: since we filmed, the block introduced face recognition to prevent rentals under 1 month. Be cautious of anyone advertising under 1 month in this building because the management will refuse to give you face recognition. I'd heavily advise or renting from a host called "James" he has screwed over a number of people over this

This condo tour makes me want to go back to Bangkok right now. I love those local areas in Bangkok where there aren't many tourists and you get great value for your money. I also love that you show the area and not just the building.

I liked this area of Bangkok when I went there. If I do move out next year to Bangkok this is one of the areas I would be interested in living in. Nice condo. I would definitely want to stay away from the Central Bangkok area like Asok and Sukhumvit.
