Big News - Birmingham's Western Front Association

1st July 2016. As you know earlier on this morning the nation gathered for a two minute silence to mark the moment when the Battle of Somme began. It's moments like this that are somewhat precious to one member of Birmingham's Western Front Association.

Rod hopes that memorials like this will continue to be embedded in tradition for many years to come and believes that education is the way to achieve this.
