I'm not ashamed to admit, murder Santa wasn't on my bingo card for the new addition. I'm fully expecting a new Helm model aswell but i do like the old one a lot and i think i prefer the sword to the hammer shown on the art

Yeah definitely was not expecting this model, but I also think he’s pretty sweet and has got me very excited.

With all the talk of another new Rulebook & Rise of Angmar coming.... Are there any books you suggest staying away from??? I've only played a game or 2 so far, but have recently bought a revised Rulebook (& now expecting to buy a re-revised Rulebook). I also have the Battle Companies, Hobbit Armies & Lord of the Rings Armies. But I'm always keeping an eye out for a deal on Defense of the North, etc. But now I'm concerned about buying ANYTHING. I expect to now be $150 USD into the Rules. And as I understand it, Pretty much ALL of the rest of my books will be trash? Thoughts???

I really don’t like the new helm, the old resin one is way better. The new model also gives no opportunity for a thematic army list!
