Rosa and private equity Berkshire Partners own Crossfit. They run the company. HQ implements the owners’ framework and strategy of the firm. Thus, Don Faul, Dave Castro…won’t do shit that is not aligned with the owners’ playbook.

Only remedy or solution would be a sale of the Crossfit but the owners won’t “exit” at a loss, because the valuation of the company is currently far below than the price tag that Rosa and Berkshire have put in.
