I thank you for all the beautiful words and sincere feelings for your distinguished posts. I wish you continued success and all the best. My utmost respect and appreciation
ОтветитьALL THE TIME YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE BEST
ОтветитьWhoever engineered this video and platform I have to give much creedance for.
ОтветитьI wish Ridley Scott had watched this before making his movie!
ОтветитьEnjoy the effort, but the battle map graphic is not accurate in the Prussian positions and timing at all.
Ответитьdziękuję
ОтветитьWe all hope to have a friend like Napoleon had in Davout.
Ответить... and after that, the Prussians never bothered anyone ever again!
ОтветитьIn this video, the corps are pronounced differently than in the "March of the Eagles" video. ex. ("three" vs "third", "one" vs "first", etc.)
ОтветитьPrussia is proof of "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger"
And it did👍
Bernadotte: history's greatest douche
ОтветитьUnsubscribed. You cant pronounce anything.
ОтветитьIf Devout was at Waterloo instead of ney, napoleon would have won Waterloo.
ОтветитьBernadotte was always late to battle, and then he switched sides as soon as he could... great!
ОтветитьWhat's with the Muzak?
ОтветитьThey did not teach about the nepoleonic war in the school I went to in US. I love you series. I always wanted to know about the nepoleonic wars. My mom’s family was from Southern France.
ОтветитьBernadotte était un traitre que l'on refilé aux suédois lol
ОтветитьNapoleon WHATS Prussia!?
ОтветитьVERY GOOD
ОтветитьDo not mess with Davout.
ОтветитьMarshal Davout was a monster, holy. I really thought that in Hassenhausen it will be his last battle, but god damn I was wrong.
ОтветитьA world of difference between Davout the brave and Bernadotte the cuckoo 😂
ОтветитьIron Balls Marshall
ОтветитьWell, that was a great video, but I need to know who’s Prussia.

Otton I founded the HRE
ОтветитьJust a little nitpick here... describing the formations as 'three corps' or 'one corps' jars with me as I think this is a very modern usage. Sure;y they should be third corps and first corps? Anyone agree?
ОтветитьThink a battle between third reich and napoleon's france
Ответитьwatching your videos of the napoleonic wars gives me a much deeper detailed insight of what happened on every battles, though Oversimplified video about Napoleon was great, it was too oversimplified to really know what happened in each battles he fought, this is brilliant. Expanded my knowledge about this man
Ответить“Who ought to not offer advice until he too, had won 30 battles”
That’s brutal.
I came for the ancient wisdom, stayed for the epic beards and stone chiseling action. 🧔🪓
ОтветитьI have no ID, but have wondered from time-to-time what weight was given to Prussian Queen Louise's advice or counsel AFTER the disastrous debacle of this war against Napoleon.
ОтветитьGood old Blucher and his Prussians certainly had the last laugh 💪😉
Ответитьfun fact - Marshal Ney was court Marshalled and charged with Treason after Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo. Later he was executed by firing squad :( poor homie
ОтветитьSuperb voicework.
ОтветитьLove Epic History! 🎉
ОтветитьNon scaled maps, had to go on maps to figure rhe size of the action..
ОтветитьOf course there was a thick fog.. I wonder if these guys were choosing these dates on purpose so that in 200 years, this detail would create a poetic mist…
…and yes, that guy who failed to support Davout and then later stabbed Napoleon in the back. Yes, his descendants still sit on the Swedish throne. You either have your “moment” as a giant or live in comfort as a “conformist-opportunist”.
No one:
Marshall Ney: LEROY JENKINS!!!
What makes France's military victories impressive and unique in history is that it has often won its battles alone against coalitions of powers.
Since the victory of Philip Augustus (who won against a coalition led by England), France has always fought against coalitions.
But the most impressive are France's victories against coalitions, in addition to fighting a civil war within France.
No country in history will be able to match the French victories.
the Prussian 52 k main force got defeated at Auersteadt and routed by the heavily outnumbered force commanded by marshal Davout
ОтветитьNOT BLITZKIEG!
