They need this, they need that, we need this, we need that is exactly prediction.
ОтветитьAs a cuban american, we need to remember that hispanic americans are incredibly diverse.
In reality all we have in common is that we speak the same language, trying to pin us down as voting group makes no sense.
This guy is so biased it’s insane
ОтветитьEven though I’m a liberal I’m fine with this as long as Trump doesn’t do Project 2025 I think the future of America is bright
ОтветитьI think you missed one thing , when it comes to immigration and immigrants. Do the uni.
Ted states is really good at esimulating them. I've seen this happen with spanish immigrants.
It will be most interesting to see what happens........
ОтветитьYou are quite wrong on the cause for how/why different latin political culture is. Latin politics work as religions.
Latins want a savior, a Jesus incarnate, a redemption story. It's been this way since the late Roman Republic, and catholicism froze this imaginary in time.
This content is trash. And its dishonest. And you should stop watching it. Now.
ОтветитьAbout automation and A.I. basically you’re talking about what the C.I.S. does in Star Wars…
Ответитьneo fascism and the illegal rise of theocratic fascism BAD PLAN America...bad plan....:(
ОтветитьBecause of the Hispanic MALE vote not the catholic vote. Conservative Italian American votes have always been conservative.
ОтветитьThe only way for republicans to attract the hispanic population is to act more liberal an be immigrant friendly.
ОтветитьNo wonder you're channel doesn't have subscribers. Except for Republicans.
ОтветитьNeoliberalism is a toxin in the body politick, and it has been bi-partisan. While a handful of "progressive" Democrats call themselves socialists or "democratic socialists," they generally are not. In essence, they are social-democrats, which isn't really the same as being democratic socialist. (The Scandinavian countries aren't socialist but they are social-democracies.) A lot of social-democratic ideas, such as universal healthcare, are quite popular based on polling.
ОтветитьHumanity won't exist in 2030.
ОтветитьHoly cow, Trump won a massive landslide according to this video. Another video spreading misinformation and lies. Listening to the mainstream media you'd think this was like Nixon versus McGovern or Reagan vs Mondale. Actually, Trump didn't quite reach 50% of the popular vote, and won it by only 1.6%. Hillary in 2016 won the popular vote by a wider percentage margin than Trump did.
ОтветитьDonald Trump, Sr., can't make it after his second term. He should be dropping out by Friday, June 16, 2028 instead.
After Trump Senior drops out, we are moving forward and we are not going back!!
I definitely think the hopes of right wingers are sugar high driven. Remember, midterms almost always swing to the opposition party so Trump actually only has 2 years to get anything done, and Republicans are hardly united. The last time the stars aligned for Repubs, with control of all branch's of Government "George Bush Jr". What we got... wasn't economic prosperity, they were so gung ho on deregulation, the deregulating the very regulations that would have prevented the 2008 sub prime mortgage housing apocalypse. Dems need to learn, folks don't care what Oprah or Taylor Swift, or anyone else in Hollywood. Though it should apply to Musk and Trump, but people don't care what people with more $$ than them think in regards to how they should live their lives or what they think at all. It's the Economy stupid, and it's the home table economy not wall street. The abortion issue wasn't as large as they thought, but that's not going to be fixed until the Dems control at least the full Congress and White House again, and that wont be for a while with the way the Senate is structured unless Dems start coming back to the center. Dems should absolutely play dirty the next time they get the chance. Expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices and pick the most liberal, give the territories statehood and Washington DC with full congressional representation. Hey Repubs started it with holding up Merric Garland for Supreme court so all is fair in war. And you are absolutely right, as soon as Trump exist stage right from the mortal coil of life, the "Movement" is done. And he aint no spring chicken ;)
ОтветитьFunny how you put bernie as centrist and all others in right column. Trump is a blue collar Democrat like John F Kennedy, he is the center not Bernie.
ОтветитьWhat no one is talking about is that at the beginning of the 20th century there was around 2000 Amish.. now there is almost half a million. And their birth rate is relatively stable.
ОтветитьWho cares about 2065 dude? U said EIGHT years!
ОтветитьWhat makes you think that A) Trump will live through his next term and B) that if he does, he won't serve another term? They're running the Putin/Orban playbook, so don't be surprised when term limits are abolished.
ОтветитьYou can’t know for sure if the Hispanic pop. will permanently shift towards the right, they may go back towards the left
ОтветитьAyn Rand Atlas Shrugged realized.
Ответить😂 saying the young dems are shifting right lol ok.
ОтветитьThis expresses a flaw in how we guage ethnicity. The gov treats 'white' as the normal and any non-white heratiage makes you that heritage and not white. A significant amount of 'Hispanics' (and most other ethnicities) are, percentage-wise, more white than hispanic. If we truly accounted for mixed heritages these numbers wouldnt be as significant
ОтветитьErm you're all illegals if white 😮
ОтветитьNative to Europe yes. 🤣
ОтветитьYou don't have to worry about his successor, he's never leaving office.
ОтветитьFirst, it wasn't a landslide for Trump, as far as the popular vote. It was mostly split with more Trump turnout in the swing states. Half of the country know what needs to change and knows Trump is not the one to do it.
Second, Trump is NOT for government services and not for positive pushes for American jobs. Tariffs are a negative push and will cause sharp inflation, at least in the short term, let's say for about 1-2 years of heavy inflation.
Third, Trump may not even survive his second term. His chances of surviving the term is 3 out of 4.
Fourth, right now no one in the GOP is acknowledging any real problem that people are having and want the GOP to fix. They will throw everything under the bus unless something changes.
None of these beneficial changes that need to happen in the future can't happen without significant change. We are steered towards a cliff and set to accelerate towards it.
I defer to you on the future tendencies of Latinos in the US. Cubans, Venezuelans and many Colombians are staunchly anti communist and very capitalist and business minded. Even Mexicans and Dominicans, after the 2nd or 3rd generation often become small business owners, and as such, prefer pro business policies... Take Florida for example... Cubans and Venezuelans are very republican and hustle hard for a living... They are deftly afraid of Democrats and their every time more socialist policies.
I'm half Puerto Rican and half Cuban, and I see the differences in politics between both ethnicities, with Puerto Ricans l, at least here on the island having a strange mix of social conservatism and economic socialism (even though they love money and consumerism)., Cubans on the contrary, particularly in Florida, tend to be more economically liberal (as in classic liberalism, less regulation), and more socially progressive, yet vote Republican or conservative democrats, like some mayors in south Florida, who are democrats, but talk and act like Republicans
The part you're missing regarding Hispanics is that a lot, especially if mixed, identify as white, especially over time. Think Italians, who aren't really any different.
Ответитьso crushing a union and refusing to raise the minimum wage is "economic left"?
I get all the comparisons to whatifalthist, lol
We all better learn how to speak Russian.
ОтветитьAs liberal, I have been repeatedly frustrated that when the Democrats have a chance to do something, they work on things I don't care about, not on things I consider important, like the environment.
ОтветитьI think your analysis of what happens when Trump is gone is simply wrong. There is no Trumpism, there is only whim and ego. Various far right factions and grifters are trying to take advantage of the moment, but their power is fragile and based only on what the emperor feels like doing right now. Trump is old and not in great health. The chances are high that he will not live through the next four years simply because of his age. With no "leader" the factions will fall upon each other for power. If he is still functioning at the end of his term he will be emotionally incapable of giving up power. His narcicism is so severe that he can not imagine a world without him and therefore is incapable of naming a successor. Will there be realignments of the parties? Certainly and its hard to see what will happen, but Trumpism as a coherent ideology is clearly not a thing.
ОтветитьI am glad to see that Trump, and his great ally Musk, are attending this important, and symbolic historical event. Historians can tell you, that the attacks against Western Civilization began shortly after 1945. With each passing decade, (under Anglo-American leadership), these attacks against Europeans, and everything associated with Western Thought, Culture, and History, have steadily increased. We have suffered four years under Leftist, Anti-American/Anti-Western propaganda, and vehement Anti-Western Activism. Now is the perfect time, to announce to the World, that Europe is back! Western Civilization is no longer too ashamed to defend itself. This n ew movement is now global. Crowds across Europe, Australian, and Japan, cheered the new Trump Victory, because this victory was not just for the citizens of the USA, it was a victory for the citizens of the whole civilized world! We are back baby!
ОтветитьCry some more liberals.
ОтветитьHispanic people especially the one's not here illegally are very conservative. The MAGA movement is here to stay. The war mongering parts of the Republican party will be gone soon and the left will shrivel away due to corruption and bad policy. Your Catholic bias makes you think Hispanics are in your pocket. They are not your pawns just like Black people are quickly moving away from being the pawns of Democrats.
ОтветитьYou completely missed the point of why Trump wants to bring back industry to America. Jobs. Automation will only hinder that.
ОтветитьI don’t think MAGA stuff is gonna fair well after 2028.
Even if Trump names a ‘successor’ I don’t think his bed rock of a base would rally behind them. It’s not a movement as much as a cult of personality, and no one else has Trump’s personally.
Anyone trying to be the next Trump is more likely to make his negative traits more apparent while failing to embodied Trump supposed good treats.
Also the economic results of Trump’s policies aren’t looking good. His tariff talk already has companies laying off workers. This stuff may sour his legacy. So if he leaves office on a low notes like last time, without the option to come back, that will be how history sees him. Basically crashing the economy two times, in non-consecutive terms. And I give Republicans one cycle trying to rehabilitate the image before they give up and move on.
I think u are way over estimating AI and Automation, but we'll see.
ОтветитьI predict that over the air TV will revert to black and white.
ОтветитьIn 2016 trump have a crap about using the government to actually help people. Not the case anymore, since outside of tariffs (which would deeply raise prices on most things people buy), trump is appealing to the billionaires.
ОтветитьVery thoughtful analysis! I can see much of what you are saying and I agree that neoliberalism is on its last legs. There just isn't yet a clear replacement articulated. One point that might be worth exploring is the "populist" influences from both the right and the left. There is already a large portion of the population from all ethnicities that believes that economic decisions about the wellbeing of the country is being made by a smaller and smaller group of people who wield enormous wealth and power at their disposal without regard for local communities and the people in them, including employees. This will be aggravated as A(G)I takes on a bigger role in coming decades. Some pundits are predicting that we will have our first billion dollar company composed of a few senior managers, some contractors, and the rest run by AI and AGI by the end of this decade or the beginning of the next. Humans need not apply. They also foresee our first trillionaire by then. These outcomes are likely going to pressure the federal and state governments into looking at various ground-up economic models such as pressure towards employee/worker and community co-ownership of large economic and financial entities, local economic development entities who deploy capital and coordinated and plan development from the Left, and a rebirth of some distributist/cooperative models from the Old Right (Catholic Social Teaching?). I don't know which party, or both, will recognize these possibilities, but the decentralizing nature of such plans may aid an increasingly diverse society in keeping a participatory democracy alive. The rise of the urban megaregions may be where much this new local power ends up residing, but time will tell.
ОтветитьHe would support RFK…. The guy who eats dogs and shot up heroine…
ОтветитьRepublicans have the opportunity to become the most dominant party for years to come if they continue to win over Hispanics.
Ответить
