Four girls travel from Banganà, a village in the middle of the Nigerien Sahel, to Niamey, to participate to the public screening of “Lokkol 2” at the French cultural centre. It is the film made with a group of the same school one year before. They are Wodaabe, that is the daughters of nomadic zebu breeders. After three hours of track and 13 hours of bus, they end up in a hotel of the capital: a totally new experience for Tobo and Fàtima, while Hatu and Àlkada are among the protagonists of the past film. They are free to use our two camcorders and they do it, with passion. Among all of them, of different age, Tobo, the most little, stands out, like a future leader. She becomes the protagonist of the film.
