Hi Sophie, I'm tempted to remove our fridge and just max out the galley with large freezer. Obviously that requires different planning for stocking food, like batch cooking and freezing, and I can always put drinks in the freezer for 20 mins if I want something cooled. Just wondering if you have any insight on your freezer use and energy consumption? Any opinions on freezers? Thanks.

Do you have on-demand hot water for the shower. It's just amazing how many products are produced in miniaturized versions in Korea, China, Japan, and that work very well.

We almost bought an oceanis 40, but eventually decided on the oceanis 37, because we felt the 3 ft difference does not justify the 50k dollar price difference
