I love the property, Oh that garden! One story level is awesome too! A huge island in the kitchen would be great, the one change I would add, and remove the couch in the kitchen area :)

Ok so why are the big "king" (?) size type beds in what looks like two pieces? Is there no such thing overseas as one large kingsize bed that is actually literally one matress? I see so many two piece bed matresses made to appear as one kingsize. Fab place. Wonder if the prior person would not only tend the olive trees but for a nominal fee also keep it mowed as well?...

Very nice! Love the terrace/loggia in particular. Lots of space and the taverna should be nice and cool all year round.

Way too expensive, not done to my tastes and the location is too far from Rome and it’s too small. Can you show something that’s bigger and done to my exact tastes with better views in Rome for like a dollar? And a five car garage with a large private gated driveway would be nice because parking in Rome is atrocious.

So Impressive. Alot more land than I would choose. But yes it is stunning. I hope someone really loves this home. It has it all.

Another amazing home on a beautiful plot of land. The rooms of this home are very large with tons of light. The basement is another living space with kitchen and bathroom, and what an amazing garage.

Quite nice but terribly overpriced. I'd go for 250k and without any furniture left in it.

My mother would like it. Totally old fashioned and would need complete update to become a modern villa. I remember last year this time we've seen comparable properties at 170k. What should justify this increase in price?

Do those boilers heat water for the rads and taps?
Can they keep up?
I think I'd divide up the land and let someone build another house.

Can you please add the size of the plot and the interior size in the descriptions plz. Or at the very least mention it at the start. So difficult to make assessments without knowing basic info

Needs completely refurbishing, & 100k spending on it why do most Italian properties look houses from the 80s

This an amazing property. The house ,the land ,the garage, all those olive trees, And the views alone are worth a million dollars. The only thing I would upgrade is bath rooms and a little bit in the kitchen. Here in Toronto Canada that property would fetch 1.5 million with out the olive trees and 1/25 the land with no views .This on is a no brainer . Cheers from Toronto
