In my game there was a glitch or something cause when I replied positive he gave CJ drugs and when CJ smoked it the screen changed all weird 😂 I had to load another save lol.

CJ was supossed to be able to deal drugs originally, but Rockstar scrapped it. That's likely a holdover from that feature.

GTA SA has a very clear, very strong anti-drug message. It is one that is supported by tons of murder, mayhem, violence, and debauchery, but it is very clear and very strong.

When you respond positive they'll be passive. If you respond negative, they immediately pull their strap out and spray you.
