There's been a breakthrough in the case. They found DNA evidence linking her to two people, and unfortunately they think it's likely that she was murdered.

There's been some major updates recently, thanks to DNA found on Asha's belongings, using fairly new DNA technology. The police have connected the DNA to a few people, and have carried out several search warrants. The police think she was murdered and her things were buried by her killer.

There is an update. A warrant has been served on a person of interest and they have seized a car that matched the description.

So the cops give up after a week or two? It’s a kid, why?
