Hello friends, Today we cooked “Dal Bati” in Canada. Which is the most popular dish of Rajasthan. We cooked outdoor as a barbecue. It was our first experience as a barbecue. Dal bati is a traditional food in rajasthan. We serve dal bati on our every occasion and festivals. Whenever guests come at our house, probably we serve them Dal bati. It’s very delicious food and popular in all over India. We shared our cooking experience in this video. Generally, we used separate oven for Dal bati but we don’t have that specific oven in Canada. So we cooked Dal bati without any oven or cooker. I used my own recipe for Dal bati. Also we setup instant tent then we ate dal bati in that tent. It was great experience for us.
