Avatar still remains as the most convincing and immersive CGI fantasy world for me. Looking forward to Avatar 2!

Why every vfx never give proper making

I need that movie in 4K. I hope a 4K edition will be released shortly before the second film.

The CGI still holds up pretty well which is pretty incredible for when this movie was released.

What always impressed me about Avatar's CGI is that each frame is composed in a way that makes the shots feel like you're watching a nature documentary. Just the way the camera moves, follows the characters and the environment gives the cinematography a sense of realism that is actually really hard to pull off in computer generated imagery.

Wow still using the good all black screen trick for smoke and water spill effect amazing, must be difficult to made it stereoscopic...

The ending trick of Neytiri taking Jake in her arms still dazzle me, i always wonder how they achieved that it so well integrated that you didn't see the technical aspect behind it.
