Teresa, from DAY 1, has been shitty to Melissa. She tried to undermine her marriage and badmouthed her to her parents. Every year she made stupid digs at Melissa and then droned on about "loyalty", which is laughable coming from her. She always wanted joe to be loyal to her over his wife. It was so weird and unnatural. She hasnt maintained a solid friendship with anyone except Dolores (because she generally stays out of the nonsense) but when you look back over the years Teresa has left a trail of "besties" that shes turned on. And somehow shes maintained her total ignorance whilst getting more bitter and ugly inside. Her marriage with Louis will end in disaster and he will fleece her for all he can get because hes a blatant opportunist, not to mention cringy. Joe Gorga tried so many times to move on and mend things but she was incapable of leaving her obvious jealousy of Melissa behind. In that she lost the best person she had left in the world. I hope Joe and Melissa have a long and happy life together, as for Teresa...i couldn't care less

I don't think that Teresa is jealous of Melissa. Melissa doesn't take responsibility for anything and the reason why the other ladies talk about Teresa is because Melissa instigates and allow it. When all these ladies go their old separate way, one thing Teresa will have is her beautiful, intelligent daughters and that's more important than anything. Gia is Joe's god daughter and you would have thought that she was not a part of your family because you really took up for Margaret. Teresa does has one brother and whether Joe wants to admit it or not. It is weighing on him because he looks like he is very unhappy and puts on with the other guys up front instead of being a real man and only to what their parents would really want for the family to realize that's all they have was each other. Sadly, each sibling have to go there on separate ways and wish you all the best.
