It's so simple I can't believe I never thought of this lol
ОтветитьI use an old Cambro for my compost and empty it every night in my compost bin. I noticed your copy of Ruhlman's Twenty on the stand in the background. His "Reach of a Chef" and "Soul of a Chef" truly changed my life to being more mindful not just in the kitchen but to be intentional in everything I do. Those two books encapsulate the ethos that people like Danny Meyer and Thomas Keller (among others) bring to the hospitality industry.
ОтветитьGenuinely one of the best cooking channels on YT. It is a crime how many views these videos get, but I can't wait for you to blow up and know I've been benefiting from your kitchen wisdom for a long time.
ОтветитьHey E, your description says Music Provided by Musicbed, but I can't find your intro music. What's the song and/or artist name?
ОтветитьLove your content! You earned a sub.
ОтветитьThis is a great tip, we do this in my culinary school every time. Makes clean up so much faster so we have more time to cook. You’re one of the only channels that’s putting out quality culinary content. Really hope your channel blows up man, you deserve it.
ОтветитьYes, a great tip that I actually use all the time. I don't understand why others don't. Just found your channel and subscribed.
ОтветитьWhat a boneheaded easy technique! I did a face palm...(Homer Simpson saying "DOH!") Thank you for putting this great 'common sense' idea in my head! I'm going to start doing this every day!! (I don't instagram, so you'll just have to imagine me doing it) Great channel BTW! Keep it up! *8^)
ОтветитьMy parents did that back in the day. A big lavender-color Tupperware bowl.
ОтветитьEthan can you speak polish?
ОтветитьA little late to the game here but I use old plastic Walmart-type bags for my scraps. Just tie them closed and into the trash can they go.
