I THINK , IT MUST BE 1-0+2=3 IS THE RIGHT APPROACH ?

why difference between 2nd and 3rd digit is not taken as 2-3 how can we think it as 3-2?

I think the solution for question 2nd should be equal to = 91308 as if the third and fourth digit will be eaual to 6 and 7 respectively then [(1-6) +2] will not be equal to 7......
