By: Hank Wolff with ONE Sothebys Realty, our local Vero Beach real estate market has continued strong growth. This your market report for December in one minute.
Let’s start on Vero Beach’s mainland, as we look back to November of this year compared to November of 2019, transactions grew from 248 up to 265. As for total volume, that increased more substantially from $65 million up to $77 million.
Now for Vero Beach’s barrier island, transactions grew from 47 November last year up to 68 November of this year. But the real growth was total volume which went from $41M up to $70 M.
