Pros & Cons of Living by Lake Las Vegas in Henderson Nevada | Moving to Henderson Nevada 2022

I am planning on moving in a couple of years and I'm researching several places at the moment. My biggest question is are there nice nieghborhoods that do not have an HOA?

Lake Las Vegas is lovely, charming area but living there would eat up my fuel budget because I enjoy doing many things and those things, activities, and places are spread out all around Clark County. If I wanted to spend more time at home as compared to exploring and doing things, Lake Las Vegas would be high on my list. You're right about the drive to Lake Las Vegas being less than nice; it' isn't. I think the unattractive sections would eventually be a deal breaker. Good review and well balanced. Thanks.

I was just wondering that in Lake Las Vegas years ago that people were complaining of the HOA, not the HOA by itself but the people running them, I hear they were pretty bad, So Bad that some people had to sell their homes and move they just couldn't take it anymore. MY question is it still that way or have they made it better.

I am looking at the Del Webb, then Lennar....I am on my way.
