Nice list. There are 2 I would add that only came out in Japan but have gotten unofficial English translations. Cave Noire for gameboy and Castlevania Dracula X for Turbografx CD. Both are great games that are still excellent all these years later.

I would put Toe Jam & Earl on list. I'm still searching for a good emulator for Android with wifi multiplayer, never find.

Sega gensis version of mega man 1-3 and the fan mega man 4 red episode is better in 16bit, 8bit is ugly

If you’re going back to playing GB(A) pokémon era games, do yoursself the favour of giving them a QoL romhack patch. There are some really good ones for Yellow, Crystal, Emerals and FireRed that don’t mess with the difficulty or stray away from the title. But balancing for example was terrible back then, and evolving pokemon by trading them back and forth with a "friend" demands some effort, it’s luckily extremely easy to fix.
