1) Have you had experience in Leveraging with the banks in Texas/ USA?
2) What is usually the amortization/ depreciation period on a loan from banks, 8yr, 12yr
3) what about forward selling produce/ crops/ cattle? And then factoring those sales with the banks/ lenders?

Hi Kerry thank you so much for this channel & your commitment I’m originally from eastern North Carolina and grew up with livestock a good sized garden so excited to start my family & purchase land for our home by Q2 2022 to do the same. I’d like to inquire about your thoughts for 8-10 acres of residential property to build our home in what you’ve described as the ecoregion #4. My wife is from Kentucky so we’d like to have 1.2-2 acres for a pasture with at least one tank that would be great. My budget is $250K -less .
