ОтветитьYeah,this advice can be good for people who dont have any other issues apart from stress induced aging, natural aging etc , if you have any other types of problems or have comorbidities you should not be attempting to do anything but walking first and foremost, burpess, skipping rope is HIGHLY taxing on the heart and lungs, you have to work your way up to 5 minutes with skipping, try skipping straight for 30 seconds first, when you can without making more than 3 mistakes, try a minute, etc etc etc, (the reasoning for 3 mistakes is focusing on form ratger than time, naturally it will take you longer, by the time you can, you will be pushing yourself past time to a place where your body is comfortable and in rythim with your bodily capabilities....burpees includes the whole body so you need to warmup, you need t donspecific joint stretching etc...
