I was the same way! I wanted an eyebrow and nose piercing so bad when I was in early college, along with dying my hair a crazy color. My dad said I was welcome to but I had to wait until I moved out and then I just...never followed through. When I turned 31, I bleached and dyed my hair teal and pierced my nose. It's been that way ever since and I'm now 43. Congratulations! Once my nose piercing healed, I started using bones. They are my preferred piercing. They're comfy, easy to remove to wash my face or clean and inexpensive enough I can switch them out for different outfits. I don't like the Ls or nose screws because they really hurt to put in and take out.

You make absolutely perfect sense to be mindful of what you bring while traveling. I put my makeup and gaming system. That is on me and not in my luggage. I was at the hotel, I brought my travel sized brushes, 2 eye palettes Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk and Too Faced That's My Jam. It was for 5 days, so I could have brought less. I have travel sized face powders. I used the mirror in my palettes. They had a ringlite mirror, too. I feel it enhances our enjoyment.

Cats are really prone to liver and kidney problems, especially male ones. You should try to feed her a wet food diet as much as you can, I have 3 senior cats at my house so yeah, their health is really fickle.

Yeah my dog red somehow ate fishing wire, vet said could have been in his stomach for years, $7000.00 . He ended up dying. But damn what do you do. He is family.

I always wanted a nose piercing but I struggle with allergies 😢 and I really don’t want to imagine sneezing while the piercing is healing 😅

I feel like my skin gets finicky when I travel. A full face can look rough at times as a result. Bare bones I'd be happy with a brow gel, concealer, eyelash curler, mascara, and a lip balm.

I'm sorry but I just could not fathom spending that much money on a cat I know it's a living thing and I have two of my own and they're precious and I have a dog but the dog we had previous he got bit or injured somehow and got a big growth on him the doctor would not drain it so we put him down because we could not afford surgery and honestly I have three kids I rather spend that money on

When I'm traveling, I know now that I am much happier with less things to keep track of and lug around with me, so I only bring a minimal look with maybe 2-3 lip options. Unless I'm traveling for an event that would require more makeup, I know I'm just not gonna bother with a lot of it. So my makeup bag generally has skin tint, setting spray, an Hourglass face palette (it's got everything I need and I use Dim Light to set my face all the time anyway), mascara, eye liner, and a tinted lip balm or two.... maybe add a small eye palette or a super shock shadow IF I know there will be a fancy dinner or something to use it for, otherwise, I'm happy to quickly swipe my blush across my lids and call it good enough lol

Oh I'm sorry your kitty had to be the drama while you were away! We're feeling the pain of vet bills here too -- our sweet golden retriever got diagnosed with osteosarcoma earlier this year, and it's been rough! Hope everything turns out well for her! ^_^

I just got the ulike air 10 I think it feels kinda like a rubber band snapping against you, if you are not perfectly shaved. I’m starting my 2nd week and using an excel sheet to track my treatments.

I had to pay $8K for my kitty in February… she swallowed a big chunk of pipe insulator and had to have surgery to remove it. We did not have pet insurance at the time, ugh. The money was set aside for a wedding ring for me, thank goodness we had it. I’ll get a ring someday; I’m so glad we could save our sweet girl. 💕

I bring way too much every single time I travel and I never use half of it actually more than half! I loved watching Sam’s video on what everyone packed and how you changed your palettes out into what shades you wanted, very smart idea!

I bet when you got home your pups and kitty were so happy to see you and Ricardo!!! So sorry for your to hear your cat had to go to the hospital while you were on vacation. I’ve been in that situation before and it’s unsettling and you want to be home for them. Having pet insurance was the best decision I made for my dogs. I have a boxer Oliver who’s had quite the troubles beginning at 9 1/2 weeks when he broke his foot/ paw 🐾 it’s very expensive even with insurance but I would do anything for Oliver!
