Love the video! I learned so much from your pre-market prep and your vides. I have not been participating in the pre-market prep mostly because I'm not in EST and it's pretty early for me and extra 30~45min sleep does make a difference. I also need the time to do what you are doing on my own, but I still enjoy your vides a lot. My routine is pretty much the same as yours, except since the market closes pretty early for my time, I typically stay with the market until close and I still have plenty of time left in the day to do other things.
