I wasn't sure if I would be able to do this. Wow😮😮😮😮 All my training with you and this was a breeze! I can't believe how much I have grown with the diverse workouts. However, I ain't going lie the last 1 min run at 8 incline @ 6.0 ....I almost threw up,! But I cant believe I did this. For new people joining. Stick with it if you love to run....after 6-12 months see how much you've grown. Can't belive you did it coach Rachel with BOB....BABY ON BOARD. TRULY INSPIRING. PEACE ✌

Ответить✌️ I probably should’ve read the comments before I tried this one. My 58 1/2 year-old, four foot 10 inch body has a hard time running on high inclines. I modified and made it through. 11-8-24

ОтветитьA couple days after doing this workout I did my own 30 min challenge of running @ 5.0 mph with no slowing down. I actually completed 1 hr at that speed and didn’t slow down even once. The best part was at 45 minutes I experienced a wall breakthrough and knew I could finish. I was not gassed. Next time I’ll go faster. It’s all thanks to you and your awesome inspirational videos. Taking me to endurance levels I’ve never been to before.
