You are what you consume

So many are suffering with anxiety, depression, anger and hate. I’ve heard it said by more than one thought leader that the true pandemic is fear.

This poem offers a more joy-filled option than the main-stream (or alternative for that matter) ‘fear porn’, doom-scrolling diet you may be feeding yourself right now. I’ll let the poem say the rest, there’s a lot to it, which it expresses more deeply than I can in writing.
