Can anybody help? My backbone works fine with Xbox remote play. But when I unmute it, it disconnects from remote play after about 3 seconds every time, and I have to restart the app. Can anyone help? Thanks

You forgot to mention the Backbone can connect to other devices and play wireless, the razor kishi cant do this which is a huge plus against the kishi, The razor controller is not worth its price tag.

I don't like how clicky the buttons are. The sound it makes when pressing them I mean. Draws attention to you when using it in public.

Me personally 10"10 device compared to most devices but me personally i dont use the device because i mostly play cod warzone i dont expect something like this to run that but anything else is absolutely amazing I would recommend as long as its not huge games to run, when am away i use that when i can

my main concern is backone one's "backbone" (the "slider" as you called it).
it looks like it's perfectly designed to snap in half if your not especially careful.

i think i would feel a bit more comfortable with this bit of plastic being a bit thicker to ensure integrity but the concept is interesting at least.

Great video!! Ive been using mine for about a year and the recording button stayed pushed in and now the control sucks lol.. But that might be from me using it so much and my kids getting a hold of it from time to time. Im going to buy another one, honestly the backbone is great. I had the same dislike with the phone cases but thats not a big issue for me. ALSO, the main bad thing about it customer support doesnt offer very great support. I tried reaching out when my remote went bad and they werent much help. But i do love the product. Good stuff man keep it up!!

This thing is much better than the Kishi, even the V2. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and the V2 Kishi just feels bad because you have to remove the rubber to even put the phone in without a case. It's terrible.

The Backbone isn't perfect, even with the adaptor but it still feels much better, and the app is way more functional than the kishi app (which is useless).

Having to take off my case makes it a non starter for me

what about the built-in app button? can i reassign it to another thing? i dont want to subscribe to its app after one year of use and i would be really bothered with that button opening the app since i wont be able to use it lol

The only issue is you have to download all of the games. So it takes up a crazy amount of storage. So by the time you download two games you're probably already out of storage haha
