Barca needs an hold-up striker. One of many lethal weapons they have is long, line breaking, pass from CBs/GK to the striker and from here either a 1-2 with the wingers/CAM or, if fast enough, direct on goal. Here Haaland is a master, Lewa is good as well but age is showing.
That ST would also need to be good at pressing, Barca thrive in this scenario and with Lewa being slow, wingers have to do it and that puts pressure on the full-backs.

I think we need a top striker because top players determine games. Competing against the best teams in the world, we will need to have the best players.

What I like the most is when Lamine Sees 3 defenders near him, he immediately knows there's open space and looks for it. That's the definition of a winger.

For a player who is nearly god-like in every other aspect of his game, Yamal needs to improve his finishing, and when I say improve I mean a lot, because he's amateur-level terrible at that, and it becomes even more apparent because it contrasts with the superb level of everything else he does. Also, I didn't watch the Mallorca game, so I don't know how his overall game was, but I thought the way Olmo freed himself from his marker and made that through ball to Lamine leading to winning the penalty was only possible by two players until now, Maradona and Messi.

Absolutely agree with you on how we do not need a world-class poacher as they do not necessarily contribute to our general play. That's because our system relies more on the midfield, defense, and of course Lamine to create our chances for the fast-paced players to run in behind to score, like our captain Rapha this season.
