Some writing motivation ️ - Are you writing a book?

Trying to, with two other co-writers, but how the fuck to you write the parts in between scenes or are all the chapters supposed to be scenes?

I wanna start writting a book so bad but i cant find any ideas or a video that helps me ACTUALLY Step by step like starting with brainstorming, character creating and all that i only find tutorials that dont help me with that

I've been wanting to be an author since I was 8 when I turned 23 I finally had the means to start working on it and I'm so excited to write my first draft and start the process and hopefully share my stories with the world and maybe just maybe become a new york times #1 best selling author

I'm always stuck editing since we are advised to avoid glue, filters, and filler words to sound “professional.” Although this is the advice we are given, I hear many successful authors use them. I'm confused. 😵‍💫 Why give this advice if not use the advice themselves?

Wow this is so true. I’m writing my first long book series for the first time and I almost have 200 pages of the first book completed. I keep telling myself that I’ll keep writing everyday or that I’ll write 1 chapter per day but I always end up writing a little bit every few weeks. The only thing I need is motivation to help me 😭

Question:
Would you read a book about a runaway princess turned into and assassin but her brother the king is trying to kill her and the man she trusts with her life is lying to her about the most important thing

Cuz that’s the book I’m writing and idk if the trope is overused or not cuz I rlly like the idea but I also kinda want to scrap it
