International partnerships between universities are beneficial overall for the students, staff and the institution. International experiences such as study abroad programmes and staff exchanges can generate research opportunities among institutions and create cultural awareness. As more communication channels become accessible, the rate of international collaborations is increasing rapidly. However, developing successful international partnerships and forging strong and meaningful connections can take ample time and effort. The workshop provides insights on global standards for international collaborations and ideas on how to establish quality and meaningful international partnerships.
