She was invited by Congress to a hearing many times to defend her budget, to explain how she spent Php125M in 11 days but she always refused. they actually issued a check worth 125M and they encashed and no one can explain where it went. And they did this at 4 times. 4xPhp125M encashed, no audit trail and no one can explain. She would not attend the hearing to explain.
