Wow! So nice to see a CALM online recipe. Lol. I've been looking for a pot roast recipe that does NOT use processed dried packets and/or dried soup mixes....all too much sodium and additives. THANK U SO MUCH

BTW do u recommend any particular BRAND of DUTCH oven? Need 2 replace mine

Just FYI, the recipe on the website doesn't list chuck roast as an ingredient. Seems like kind of an important item for this.
