Really nice table and I like the Idea of using the off cut off the tree and adding that style of top with it, I just think leaving the top angular and adding some stain to try match it up with the base would compliment the table. overall still really nice job

I had just gotten married, we didn't have really nice furniture in our home so when o came upon some old oak book shelves I immediately saw Scandinavian design living room furniture. I made a copy of an entire living room ensemble my wife had admired over in a magazine, this is a great video, this young man uses basic tools and uses them very well. For some sweat, ingenuity and a little electricity he took free scrap wood and made a nice piece of furniture. Yes all comments are correct condemning rounding of the table top. It had unique and distinctive looks. This young guy spoiled the whole show. I feel like if I could shout on him “stop” when he started cutting the table. I thought he was creating some kind of design by drawing a circle.
