Jose idol was Andres Segovia , the apostle of classical guitar, but he chose pop music instead of playing classical guitar. Great choice.

I think a young Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton May have had a good listen to that

The piece in in A major. However, Jose's concluding chord sounds like an F#13 flat 9 (with the flat 9 in the bass). Finally, some off-stage horns come in and add a G# minor chord with the B on top. Such heady harmonic stuff for a 17 year-old!
