Glad you included Audio too in these TV Reviews. Check both specs. Pay for what you get. Sound bars are for cheap Flat Screens.

Even though this video was posted in 2017, I found it extremely helpful in explaining some of the common terms that are used in listing some of the most frequently mentioned features of the top selling TVs that are in the marketplace, now.
Thanks for Sharing this!

"DO NOT BUY" the 2019 LG 75' nano cell LCD. This TV has horrible haloing, no black color, severe light bleed. You can only view this TV from a 12 to 6 o'clock position. LG and Conns told me from day one that's normal. I paid $1,900 for a trash TV. LG has horrible customer support

4k compared to 1080p not much of a difference I can see. My 1080p was $275 and 4k $800 I should be tell a big difference but I can't . I only replaced my 1080p because it finally started going out.

4k is marketing bullshit and this video promotes this perfectly. There is no difference between 4k and HD whilst sitting at normal viewing distances in any tv under 65 inches 4k only kicks in with bigger screens above 65 inches and that’s a fact.
What these marketing videos should focus on more importantly is how they upscale standard definition picture quality because this is where a lot of 4K tvs struggle to produce anything decent and we still watch and will be watching this format for along time to come.

Please simplify your explanation by saying with OLED (and Plasma) each pixel is like a little light bulb, whereas with LED each pixel is little color filters in front of the white backlight.

@tinostarks - 08.12.2017 18:35

You should talk more about Motion resolution, I had to return a LG C7 Oled because the motion resolution is only 300 lines vs my old 2012 panasonic Plasma's 1080 lines, this means you perceive more details during fast motions on the 1080p plasma vs the 4k OLED. Alot of ppl in the market for these sets are buying them more for gaming than movies, concentrating on fast motion should be more of a priority in your testing.

A TV receiver with HDMI CEC inputs wil used with a Chromecast dongle or an external settop box will work better than a "smart" TV, or one with Chromacast capability as a system, and be less prone to obsolescence or dependence on a maunfacturer's apps.

There are only 2 manufacturers of OLED screens, both under licence from KODAK (!), which holds the patent.

Don't buy a Oled Tv.
It leaves a burnt image in yr tv when u pause yr tv.
Once burn image happens. It starts happening more and more.
Not a good buy.

@TheDealer6373
@TheDealer6373 - 22.11.2017 12:29

Why can't they make a TV with 120 refresh rate for the HDMI input. I don't understand how computer monitors do it but not TV sets. I would buy one if they had one with 4k or 1440.

@LokiDaFerret
@LokiDaFerret - 22.11.2017 04:36

You kind of missed the ball by not explaining the difference between progressive and interlaced video. People may not understand that broadcast TV is still interlaced so you will get motion blur regardless of how fast your refresh rate is.
