Malawi Education Challenges

Malawi is plagued by inadequate teachers, inadequate qualified teachers that are unevenly distributed between rural and urban schools, inadequate infrastructures, high pupil-teacher ratio, poor quality infrastructures, low completion rates mostly due to high dropout rates and repetition of learners. TFORMA appeals donor support to ensure systemically marginalized children access quality education to fulfill their potential regardless of heir social-economical background.
