I certainly don't expect you to answer this. I have recently (in the last 2 years) had electro cardia grams of most of my major arteries. For 76, They really did look good. I am having problems with LOW systolic ( 109/70).. My blood ox is always about 97 but I do get "lightheaded" when I walk or engage in minor exercise. I have great primary and specialty care (Pulmonology and Ophthalmology) physicians but As our US population expands, I would hope that more students would do Geriatric Care. We have a lot to contribute and I (especially) hope that we could consider that.
Ответитьthat music is a stress raiser
ОтветитьIm 42 years old man mine reads today 107 67 70 is this ok any advise
ОтветитьBla, bla, bla. Get to the point.
ОтветитьYour explanation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was very informative! It’s great to understand which reading is more important for overall heart health. Thank you for sharing this valuable information—it can help people monitor their blood pressure more effectively!
ОтветитьDefine "normal blood pressure". The pre- 2017 140/90? The post- 2017 120/80? Lower? Higher? Somewhere in between? 🤷♀️
ОтветитьThis info, being only numbers, DOES NOT address what to do.... so, it is worthless.
ОтветитьWhenever I hear "recent studies show" I think of pharmaceutical industry wanting to prescribe more drugs
ОтветитьMy diastolic is 135+ for 15 years
ОтветитьThere are so many English translations of GEETA ,read 2_3 pages every day.(Its not a religious book, it's about way of life 😔)
ОтветитьMy heart problems was caused by 2nd hand cigarette smoke. I was always in an environment where several family members including my father and stepfather smoked like chimneys. After I moved from my parents house I still had to deal with 2n hand cig smoke at family gatherings and in restaurants. This was years of being forced to breath this poison. Not only did I develop high blood pressure but I had to eventually get open heart surgery which happened in April of 2023. I was also diabetic at one time but got my diabetes under control. In my case diabetes runs in the family on my mothers side. All of my brothers as well as my parents have passed away. I'm 78 now and decided to take action after having angina. I went to the ER and was transported to the heart hospital. Age for my brothers at the time of death were 36, 73 and 73. My mom passed away at 73 with out of control diabetes and my father passed away at 49. Thank goodness I don't smoke and worked to get my diabetes under control.
ОтветитьWhen they measure by ear. What are they measuring? I don't think you explained it
ОтветитьDam im 35 😢

ОтветитьBendiciones hno. Oscar.
ОтветитьNOTE*** THE VIDEO OF THE PERSON GETTING TESTED WITH A CUFF... RIGHT ARM IS WRONG!!! LEFT ARM IS PROPER ARM FOR CORRECT READINGS!!!

Ответитьam 30 years old my blood pressure 220/140 why ??
Ответитьgee, controlling a symptom doesn't fix the problem? Who didn't see that coming?
ОтветитьMines been being 139/96. And 155/109
ОтветитьWell, it would be nice to actually specify what is considered high blood pressure. I know the norm is 120/80, but through the whole video they talked about "high", but what numbers are considered high in either Systolic or Diastolic? You would think it is important to mention some numbers so you know what range you are looking for (whether high or low) since the whole subject is about blood pressure...
ОтветитьYou didn’t discuss the other end. I,m 75 years, what happened when my sis bp is below a 100 and dia bp is below 65?
ОтветитьI am 61 eat healthy exercise am 65kilos yesterday at doctors i got 220 over 110
ОтветитьHave you noticed doctor checking blood pressure on old lady doing on right hand which is wrong
Ответить125/68 today. I take mine every day, and I'm 62. I've been doing breathing exercises daily and have dropped 10 points on both systolic and diastolic numbers.
ОтветитьI have a high systolic number and a low diastolic number. The only thing the seems to help is just relaxing. It works even better than the blood pressure medications to bring it down.
ОтветитьAveraging 120/65 consistently every day. Cazon monitor.
Ответитьsorta failed to address LOW BP especially low diastolic so thanks for nothing? lol
ОтветитьSystolic Systolic pressure is a better predictor of risk
Ответитьcheck my blood pressure SYS mmHg 106 DiA mmHg 65 PUL/min blood pressure 124 JACQUELINE M PANCAN 30'TH ❤❤
ОтветитьThe bit I dont understand and I think neither to doctors is how on earth can it be correct that there is one standard number for everyone? Doctors point to 120/80 always and 140/90, but HOW is it the same no matter the persons age? Surely in this day and age they would have some sort of age related standards, I cant imagine it is really 'one size fits all'.
ОтветитьBest❤ videoby far
ОтветитьI'm 77 and stopped seeing any more doctors. Every time I see one, they want to test me for something. Tired of having my rear end probed, being told my blood pressure is too high when I test mine at home and it's just fine, being told I'm diabetic when my meter tells me I'm just fine, being misdiagnosed as having blood clots when I actually had Guillain-Barre, when I was told a "was going to die" if I didn't have a quadruple heart bypass (this was 4 years ago) and I'm still above ground, and on and on!
I'm 5"9, weigh 155 pounds and eat healthy. I fast every 2 months for 3 to 4 days and enjoy a fun sex life!
Screw doctors! When I get uploaded, I'll be ready for anything!
This video didn't discuss what the important levels are??? 😦
