You don't need a one smoking gun to convict someone. Since the body wasn't intact you can't know how she died. He possibly cut her up in plastic which pooled her blood. He threw the plastic away somewhere. He cleaned up the place with bleach as he looked up online how to do that. The deleted pics of her dead. That was evidence to covict

Wild that he got threats. I don't think people understand why that it's important than Anderson had good representation.

If it was clear that his defense was lacking, the case could be overturned on appeal.

Tough case?!…. The case was a straightforward victory!..

Anthony, it was clear that the outcome was unlikely to be in your favor….✋🏾
Even Ray Charles could have seen through the lack of a convincing defense!!!

The state presented strong evidence from the onset..

DNA was not necessary, Surveillance and cell phone data picked up every move 🤦🏽‍♀️ DUH!!!

The medical examiner wouldn’t know- the exact cause of death -because the poor girl body was cut into pieces and scattered across town.. TF
so of course it’ll be hard for the determined the cause of death!

Ask your client, he know how she die 🤡

Notice Maxwell asked his attorney about the sentencing phase and not about the appeal process-interesting,

Throw away the key and let the prisoners held him 💯

Max will have this verdict overturned in a heartbeat on appeal. Guaranteed. As attorney Tony Cotton adamantly proclaimed, there were GLARING holes in the prosecutor arguments. ZERO DNA. ANYWHERE. President Trump should pardon thee man immediately....🙏🇺🇸🗽🪖👍

Thank you lawyer! You are doing your job, regardless of situation. Maybe one day it'll be someone very innocent in a crazy looking situation that needs a strong defense attorney. Not all are also willing to be honest and speak with the media. I like the way he responded without deflecting or lying. Also, he has a very unique voice, I knew who it was from across the room lol. Maybe voice acting as a second job. 🙃🙃🫶🫶

It’s horrible he received threats. He just did his job, and there’s a saying “everyone hates defense attorneys till they need one themselves“. In the end justice was served in my opinion, and everyone did the best they could with the job they had in this.

My question would be that Sade was his daughter, would he believe that there was enough evidence for the guilty conviction? I get that he did his best, and legally, he’s not allowed to say more than what he’s saying.

No One should be threatening anyone & definitely not the Defense Attorneys!!! Wouldn't you want a good defense attorney if you were going through a trial? This defendant happens to be guilty AF & justice is served! Stop going real life with people or we willing not have good Attorneys when innocent people need them. Stop it & grow up!!!

During his closing argument, he shifted from saying look at the lack of evidence to asking the jury to make a decision based on the evidence. One of many hints he was rescinding.

In closing, he brought up questions which gave the prosecution one last chance to clearly correlate their information cohesively. This is when they explained that the body was mutilated outdoors and why he rammed through the fence etc.

I noticed a gradual change in the defense team's engagement with Maxwell after the character witness was admitted, especially when the couch pictures were shown. The father's hands/body language changed when the pictures were shown and he didn't attend the verdict. Near the end, Maxwell would glance to his attorney but wasn't acknowledge.
