Summoning a Dwarven animunculi looks like sending out troops from the Warp Gate in SC2 and its somehow funny thinking of SC2 in Skyrim

I've always ascribed to the thought that the farmer cores were "manufactured" soul gems that allowed the dwemer to continue to live inside their creations forever protecting their long derelict cities.

In a quest called arniel's endeavor at the college of winterhold he uses keening to strike a warped soul jem heated using a dwemer machine and after hitting it he disapeers and his soul is given to a close source of power(or the dragonborn)thats why you can summon him using a conjuration spell so i think that when the dwemer leader used keening the dwemer were put to a close source of power or entity so in theory they can still be conjured by the thing their souls are put

Enslaving Snow Elves is one thing, having a race of blind slaves is another. It doesn't work well. Think about how they're supposed to work?

You can get a good idea of what happened to the dwarves by playing morrowind. It felt like actually running around and solving the mystery. Fantastic game. Aaaand you definitely use keening in tes 3 morrowind, as well as sunder and wratihguard.

I play skyrim when i was 15 Years old because my dad just bought me PC that time and when i was just finishing a Quest about Dwemer i always wonder how did the Dwemer Civiliaziation being forgotten
And now after 7 Years i got the answer

what i think is funny is that in the dawngaurd questline you need a moth priest and a bunch of other stuff to read an elder scroll but in the actual main questline to kill alduin the dragonborn and other past dragonborn have been shown to be able to read the elderscrolls with out any issue

Tiber Septim’s Numidium was not powered by a “Lame Dynamo Core” it was powered by the Mantella which was a giant Soul Gem that was filled with the Soul of a powerful Shezzarine (for those who don’t know a Shezzarine is a Mortal incarnation of Lorkhan much like how the Nerevarine is an Incarnation of Indoril Nerevar), actually it was filled with two Half Souls of two different but still very powerful Shezzarines and this is actually how the Underking was born (the other halves of the two Souls that were not absorbed by the Mantella fused and entered the dead body of Zurin Arctus who became the Underking).

So my theory about the Dwarves dissapearing is that the guy basicly worded his wish wrongly and instead of making his people immortal he made them all ghosts or somesuch. Like how a wish sometimes is worded wrongly or twisted by the entity granting the wish in dnd? Yeah, basicly that xD Be carefull what you wish for!

So, years later, The Brass God was built under the idea that it could traverse different planes of existence at will. Going by that idea, the heart gave it this ability, since without it it'd have no power. Theory: the moment the tools touched the heart, the heart struck back. Sending out its ability, and banishing the dwarves into another plane of existence. Where they could possibly be planning on returning.

A game set in the Myrethic Era would be cool we could play as a character who was forgotten to time almost like a ghost but witnessed all kinds of things.

Your old stuff still slaps. you have come so far even still. It is cool to know your charisma has only increased over the years... wonder what level of bard you are now...

This makes me just as excited to play Skyrim as I was in 2011.

A thought that struck me now while watching this again is, what if the reason the dwemer disappeared was because of the divine's intervention? That they were banished as the divine might have felt threatened by the increasing power and technology that the dwemer created. Might be a stretch so its more so a food for thought
