Want a small phone? Get this. - ASUS Zenfone 10

It's a great phone but too much for my pockets😢

only 2 years, of major update oh man why. I would take every minus of this phone but why only 2 years. i wish it has 4 years of updates major and i would pay the price wich they want

I love it, feels very comfy in my hand, i can reach the whole screen and the battery lasted 2 days for each full charge.
For my use it's perfect!
About the "delayed launch" for the apps: the phone does have some battery saving options that prevent apps from running in background and sometimes kill the process, I found that very neat considering that the milisseconds to open an app aren't so important as longevity of the battery.
Zenfone 10 has a lot of tweaking and customization to do on system preferences and I'm glad i can do it, sure it takes some time but when you're all set up it's awesome!

i've had this phone the last 4 months it's an awesome phone but i switched to a Pixel 8 pro, on that note if anyone is interested in a 128GB unlocked Zenfone 10 in mint condition HMU, my info's on my channel.

almost all modern phones no longer have headphone jack and microsd slot which is a shame. i buy poco x3 for that reason and its specs are the best fir its price even when compared to high end phones. i just use it for daily general use. but it has great specs for gaming and camera is surpisingly good too. i bought it here in sea for $257. on usa it is even cheaper since techs there always cheap and the cheapest on earth anyway.

I like the appearance of it,but if I want a small phone I'd take an s24 instead. It's also quite small, or go back to an iPhone 13 mini. I don't like the 1080p video on the zenphone 10. This is still an expensive device and I expect basic 4k on the video

I got super high and was taking a shower and had this daydream of a Zenphone 10 with a little expansion slot like those old Sony gumstick things that had Apple Airdrop/Find My built in lol.

I have noticed that the microphone quality during calls, if on speaker is really bad, no one can hear me talk when on speaker.

This make me finally want to upgrade from my good ol' Galaxy S10e, despite the fact that it still performs flawlessly (especially now that it runs LineageOS since samsung stopped with the security updates in march). It has the size and the headphone jack, and even does one better with the grippy back. The glass back was the only thing that I didn't like about the S10e, which now looks like it's gone through hell.

I loved my Zenfone 8 and i absolutely love the Zenfone 10 it has power and last extremly long.

software wise, will ASUS still take care the zf9 user?

Only problem is the only 2 years of support, otherwise would be an instant purchase for me.

Too late now obviously, but not comparing performance and battery life to other similarly sized devices seems like a missed opportunity considering the point is its size. It's an unboxing with 'expected performance results' but still Xperia 1 V lumped with this product seems like a strange choice

how hard is it to change the battery tho? The idea of buying a 800€ phone to throw it after 3 years because battery is shit doesn't sound good

ASUS seriously dropped the ball with the lack of updates. Otherwise it would be a buy. No brainer.

That 6.3 inch galaxy mega is actually bigger in every dimension especially width due to the aspect ratio and large bezels probably still more comfortable to use than the iphone tho lol

How is this a 'small phone'? The Zenfone 10 is the same height as the iPhone 14 and only a tiiiiny bit narrower. Virtually same size as the iPhone 14. It's a lot bigger than the iPhone mini.

Looks great, size perfect, if its pure stock android than it rocks.

Just wish it also had a telephoto camera, even a 5x zoom would be awesome, though i completely understand the omission due to the space restrictions

I love the look of this device but I have too much nerve damage in my hands to operate a device so small...
I miss being able to use flip phones and 2000's style compact phones.

I have a Zenfone 8 and I am looking at getting the 10 potentially as it does have some good upgrades over what I have with the 8.

Wish I could find where to get this in canada. Seems like if you dont want a Iphone, a Samsung, or a Pixel. No other phones exist in canada anymore. I was so excited for the pixel fold, I was watching that website for the fold for a year and a half before it was even leaked. And then google went and failed to actually release the thing. Wanted to look at a Zenphone as its kinda close to my current phone size and features wise. but alas I cannot find a way to buy it. Anyone got anywhere to shop that isnt marking up the phone by like 15% because they are importing the us version?

Still rocking my lovely Zenfone 8. Almost performing like a brand new phone still after 2 years.

Cant understand why Google decided big, bloated icons for the drop down menu would be better. I was so shocked when that update came, and so happy Asus decided to make an alternative.
