What an... interesting video. As a vegan activist, Im glad to have had the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions with you all tonight.

First of all, I want to thank Aaron for joining us on the live stream and engaging in a respectful conversation about veganism. Its not every day we get to chat with someone who is open-minded and willing to listen to our perspectives.

Now, I know some of you may have noticed that I got a bit passionate about Joe Rogans misinformation about vegan diets. Let me tell you, its frustrating to see someone with such a large platform spreading harmful myths and misconceptions about plant-based eating. But hey, at least we can use those opportunities to educate people and set the record straight!

On a more personal note, I want to thank Peter and Uncle for moderating tonights live stream. Its always great to have some familiar faces in our Community, and were glad to have you back, Uncle! And thank you, everyone, for your Super Chat tips - it really helps us keep our channel running smoothly.

Before I go, let me just say that being vegan doesnt suck! In fact, its an amazing lifestyle choice that not only benefits our own health and well-being but also the planet and all its inhabitants. So, if youre thinking about making the switch or already have, dont worry - weve got your back!

Thats all for tonight, folks. Thanks again to Aaron and everyone else who joined us on this live stream adventure. Well be back next Friday with another vegan-filled episode, so stay tuned!

B12 is added to nutritional yeast so it's as effective as any supplement.

WFPB for decades it used to be every morning, but since I retired and no longer get up early to cycle there, it's approx 2 days out of 3...eating a can of corn suggests a transit time of approx 30 hours...
