What's your reasoning behind the low meat diet?

I recently got my test back. Im 59, my pace came out at .72 but my Omic age was horrible 😂 at 65, my Symphony Age at 47. I took my blood sample at end of 3 day fast. It messed with my hormones and immunity. Omic seems very sensitive to immediate condition where the others come out as long range. I posted my test if you want to see it for yourself.
