I just commented on another one of your Pendulum videos and I have a similar question I posed for that video. I am considering buying this and would like to know, is the starting weight (weight of the carriage without any plates) for this machine light enough for people to use who have never trained before?

This guy is struggling to do this weight to the point his legs tribble! That tells me he has not properly worked up to this weight. This is how people injure themselves in the gym!
