I think he’s in over his head. He’s never REALLY been an OC officially. He’s predictable on first down. His schemes lack good WR spacing in the intermediate passing tree, he overestimates this run game, zero creativity, too many passes at or behind the line, it’s what you’d expect for a bottom of the barrel guy.

Wolf didn’t help him at all by not bringing in a real O Line, but in a year or 2, he’ll be out of here.
