Wall Street has a “Rampant” Shadow Trading Problem

There are a lot of ways in which wealthy Wall Street firms or companies have advantages in this world. We know about many of them, high frequency trading, payment for order flow, all sorts of ways in which we feel like as normal people we are getting screwed by the system.

But there's a new one that I really hadn't ever thought about.

It's called Shadow Insider Trading.
