Dundas Peak hike! [Ontario, Canada]

Hey Troop! In this video, we're taking you along on our adventure to Dundas Peak in Ontario, Canada. We visited in October, hoping to soak in the stunning fall colors that make this place famous. However, as you'll soon discover, our journey had some unexpected twists!

🍂 **Fall Colors? Not So Much!** 🍁
We headed to Dundas Peak during the fall season with high hopes of witnessing the breathtaking autumn foliage. Unfortunately, we didn't quite get the vibrant colors we were anticipating. The peak itself was a tad "man-made," which left us somewhat disappointed, especially considering the reservation fee we had to pay. It's worth mentioning that there are numerous other hikes in Canada that offer more natural beauty for free or at a lower cost.

🚶‍♀️ **Quick Hike, Scenic Loop** 🚶‍♂️
The hike to the peak was surprisingly fast, but we decided to take the full loop, which took us about an hour. The trail is a bit of the same all the way, but the highlight for us was Tew's Falls. Make sure you visit the waterfall!

🐾 **Pet-Friendly!** 🐶
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the pet-friendly nature of Dundas Peak. Our furry companions had a blast exploring alongside us. If you're a dog owner, this place should definitely be on your list!

🚐 **RVs and Parking** 🚐
We managed to squeeze our travel trailer into the parking lot, but it was a bit of a squeeze. Keep in mind that the park usually doesn't allow RVs, so plan your visit accordingly if you're traveling with a rig. We visited on a less busy day, and the friendly employee gave us the green light, but it might not always be the case.

While Dundas Peak might not have met all our expectations, it still offered a memorable adventure, beautiful views, and a fantastic experience for our four-legged friends.
