I can not reinstall os it shows recovery server can not be contacted and yes it is connected to internet and i did set the time and date through terminal but it still shows can not contact recovery server

I am already online, as I had to be on my network to get to that point to begin with. Any ideas?

I've got an old macbook. And I get that file with questionmark thing on the screen. But I manager to delete mackintosh HD by mistake. And now i can't install high Sierra on it :(
And in utility i can't find anything like " Apple ssd" . Ive got Hitachi HTc as intern harddrive and OS X Base System .feels like a mess . What can I do?

Cannot see APFS option in the list. What to do?

The question mark folder popped up for me after a week in half from a battery change. I currently have the Macbook Pro mid 2012 13-in with an internal SSD. When I went into recovery mode and selected the Disk Utility. I didn't see my SSD present. Does that mean my SSD died? I don't think it's a cable issue. But I wanted to know how I can start using my Mac again. I have an external hard drive with a few recent backups through the Time Machine application. Please let me know how I can fix this issue!

I just been casually updating to the newest macOS since I’ve had this thing and no real data used on it 😂 looks like I’m wiping it clean and reinstalling macOS Sierra…. Ughh

I’m stuck when I get to the reinstall (macOS Sierra) 120.67 GB total and I have 120.45 GB available what do I do? I’m not very savvy but broke to take it in or buy a new one

So once I press command and R I get a lock logo and I’ve tried the Mac password that my daughter remembers anyway and that’s not it is there a way to by pass this ?
