Help? I am level 151.I am also 75 yrs old!!! I have 170 perk coins. I have opened up A, I, S and L of my SPECIAL in Legendary Perks.. I want the Ammo Factory but am unable to find out ow to open it or equip it. This also applies to all the Perk cards Clicking it doesnt help nor does anything indicate why it doesnt? I dont know or undersatnd the mechanics of opening or equipping it. Anybody want to explain, or help an old f.rt.

Infiltrator seems like a waste to me, you can swap regular perk cards anytime you want to unlock shit when combat stops

Is this still valid today? I'm new to the whole fallout series and I'm still learning, I'm level 45 and wanting to redo my whole setup but I'm missing cards, how can I get the other ones and how would I level those up, like need rage for example, it's a must for what I want to do....

Yo dude I am struggling to find out how you unlock legendary perk cards everyone seems to be showing you may get a random drop I don't know so could you explain to me within a video how you are unlock it as I am still a noob 😢 so I have at level 80 still trying to work out stuff

i found this perk system way to bloody confusing.
Got the game a week ago, and did something i have rarely done, i quit the game.
Too frustratingly confusing to be a fun game.
Have to do way to much work for next to ZERO return.

This perk system is so garbage. Literally the worst in the series. I have to play this game without leveling up proper, without perks, otherwise my experience goes to calling it quits. The game's already so hard as is.

I wish I watched you at the start of the game. I got to level 59 and totally messed up my game deleting perks I needed for a build. I deleted the game last night and starting from scratch all my armour and fixers gone 😭

I'm just saying that every video of learning this title of 76... is DONT DO anything "AT ALL TILL LEVEL 50.?".... IF I'm seeing this as.truth and I'm at fault... tell me.... it's a shady aspect to an old game and at level 50... if I really tring to learn this game... as I'm at 16/17ish... and need to have known all of the stuff you don't do.... if it's not worth it then why is it in the game? just hit lev. 50 and got my first or first noticed the L perk cards is there any other way of getting perk coins other then scraping cards ?

would it be more effective to farm perk coins via getting cards that naturally cost more than 1 point? do those give bonus coins?

A question, I have ammo smith to craft 80% more ammo than base. If I install ammo factory, will it override my ammo smith perk and reduce production to match its production limit of 75%, or will it increase production by the percentage listed on the legendary card for instance, perk card is 80% more than base amount, PLUS ammo factory 75% over base for an increase for 155 % over base?

Why on earth would you choose poison resistance as a legendary perk? It's very situational and pointless.

using the special cards are your best bet without a doubt

angry turtles last vid on legendary cards said infiltrator is more of a "quality of life?" card cos it just makes it easy to unlock locked terminals and or crates.. i disagree personally i look at it as i save 6 points 3 in int and 3 in agi =?= thats HUGE ? dont understand how a 1-5 str legendary card is S tier but 3 in int and agi is B tier :D hehe

How did you get so many perk cards to scrap? I'm level 59 and I haven't gotten anymore since level 50, and I don't think I have another 300 cards left to pick

Dude now is the time for EVERYONE to push fallout 76 so Bethesda puts more resources into the game.

Does scraping the "Normal Perk Cards" remove them from your other builds?

Charging you to unequip a perk card is next level low class shit from Bethesda.

bandolier rank 2, pack rat rank 3, strong back rank 4, sturdy frame rank 2, traveling pharmacy rank 3 are all very good perk cards, SO DONT SCRAP THEM M8🤨🤨🤨

cause if you scrap the perk cards that i named in this comment you are gonna make a huge misstake, cause they are all needed and its always good to use and have perk cards equipped that both gives you more carry weight and that decreses weight on certain stuff, cause it makes you able to carry more stuff🙂🙂🙂

cause they are needed in the game and you should have them equipped, cause bandolier makes ballistic ammo weight 90% less and pack rank makes all junk weight 75% less, and strong back rank 4 is good to cause it gives you +40% carry weight, and sturdy frame rank 2 makes armor weight 50% less and travel pharmacy rank 3 is good to cause weights of all chems (including stimpacks) are reduced by 60% 🤨🤨🤨

Great guide! Thank you. You could have mentioned that there is also way to get perk coins, once you reach lvl 150 of season score board then you can use that score currency to get extra perk points

Can you swap out legendary perk cards, like regular perks?

if you are new and lvling you wont know wtf those cards even are. but i rarely see low people now the hype is over. most realms i go to is all usually 100 plus almost always and below 50 those cards mean nothing at that point

4 years today and it still feels like legendary cards came out yesterday.

So this is what's throwing me off... If it costs 50 coins for 1 rank if i understand correctly, but all u get is anywhere from 2 to maybe 8 or so coins (6 for me cuz i only have up to 3 ranks upgraded besides gunsmith on my other cards, how in the world would i even have enough coins without scrapping basically the majority of my cards?? Hopefully that makes sense ..

Like basically, i just hit level 58 and now im not even using my perk points because im too worried and confused where to put em.. i still have other regular cards id like to add, but apparently not enough special points remaining. What a weird system....and seemingly tedious for sake of inconvenience it feels right now.

I like to just upgrade every single perk card even though I don't use it or not I still Max it out to the top level and then I scrap it

Come on man... who still crafts ammo??? You always get far more ammo from killed enemies than you use... it's a pity to craft it and use a legendary slot for this...
