The only sound that makes me feel well 24 hours a day is running water. Nothing else, no other sound.

This is what the doctors don’t understand: it’s coming from my brain, not my ears at all. They’ve told me, they don’t understand...

Dale I am 15 years old and got diagnosed with tinnitus about a year ago. I can't read, write essays, or do homework without these videos, thank you so much for the help you can give, also, because I just started to experience tinnitus do you know any ways to treat it or try and get rid of it as a whole?

This is closest to my tinnitus, but if you could put this in top of a more bass sound, like green or brown noise, it'd be better to sleep to I think

It’s astonishing to me how well this works. I’ve had tinnitus since June last year and this actually makes my tinnitus almost non-existent after listening to it. Would you recommend listening to this daily for relief? For what duration of time? I’ve tried to habituate before, but I’ve been unsuccessful. This gives me hope. Thank you.

Dale, my tinnitus seems to be at some of the highest levels like this 18,000 but there is still a “higher” whistle like sound that I can’t seem to mask at any frequency. Which of the mask sounds would you suggest? Thanks for all your help. I’ve had this, with no escaping it, for decades.

Hi Dale, I'm new to this channel, my tinnitus frequency is higher than that, I've had tinnitus since 2018, I don't understand much the concept of masking, replace a sound by another sound ? I know it's a silly comment but I'm being honest, why not listening to my tinnitus then ?

I've been listening to this a lot since my tinnitus has only gotten way worse since last april and it really helps, just to have a short period of almost complete silence, overall making my tinnitus a bit suppressed for a few minutes or when I have to learn/focus on something i listen to it, but quiter to overall mask my tinnitus a bit.

My right ear specifically has always been ringing a lot more than my left and it's really gotten to a point now that it makes my quality of life overall a lot worse. I'm still in my early 20s and im really worried just how long I will be able to keep this up considering it gets way worse just in a span of a single year.

Not even that extremely espensive Lenire treatment that i have made any difference so far, I wonder if there's anything else I could try, I went to have every scan possible and every doctor/treatment available and nothing helped and no one knows what's causing this.

I could've never imagined my life would turn out to be so miserable just because of ear ringing.

Thanks for uploading this. Im jist another one of the many people who you've helped. Never really looked up noise therapy for my tinnitus up until now. After going through all of your tracks, this one and the 11.5k seem to work best. As a biologist I can only speculate about why it works. The brain and its neurons are an amazing orchestra, although sometimes its nice to calm in the orchestra down a bit😂

I’m 71 with damage from working on and around fighter jets. I do hear the hissing, but I perceive my tinnitus as a higher pitched hissing with the rhythm of crickets. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to try to match the sound.

Turn out my T felt familiar to this freq. My left ear felt better, less ringing after one hour play. I can feel the freq like giving vibration into my brain, like breaking the T into smaller pieces. I can feel micro vibration in my jaw too. Will do update comments next week. Hopefully there will be positive reduction. Thank you for these. Without your experiments, we dont know what else can be done.

Oh man this is promising. This is the first time I've felt a substantial reduction after listening. Being that I am a musician and an amateur documentary filmmaker, I have ProTools, Ableton, Audacity and many other DAW's and equipment and I have high end monitors. The output of your videos are nearly spot on to the frequency you are claiming, which makes this an elite professional channel. You are the real deal. I thank you for this work. I think this disorder can be cured naturally and it is looking more and more like working with frequencies is going to be where we find a final solution to this nightmare.

Mine is a really high-pitched squeal over mid-range static. Been there since i was a kid. Many many middle ear infections, even well into my forties (i'm 65 now). I can tunebit out, but i tend to tune out everything else (handy in many situations, but in real life).
